Noi Due Café, a kosher dairy restaurant located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan in New York City, is an establishment I have enjoyed frequenting over the years. Founded by Israeli restauranteur Golan Chetrit and his Italian-American wife Imma, the restaurant reflects their combined heritage, offering a unique blend of Mediterranean and Italian flavors. The name "Noi Due" translates to "the two of us" in Italian, symbolizing the couple's partnership.

The fusion of Italian and Mediterranean flavors within a kosher framework, coupled with its welcoming ambiance, elevates Noi Due Café to a distinctive and cherished spot for dining in New York City.

Originally, Noi Due Café opened its doors on West 69th Street but relocated to 491 Columbus Avenue in January 2021. This move marked a new chapter for the cafe, allowing it to continue serving its loyal community with its distinctive cuisine. The restaurant operates under the guidance of Executive Chef Beau Houck, who brings a casual dining atmosphere alive with a variety of pizzas, salads, antipasti, and Italian sandwiches.

The menu at Noi Due Café caters to a range of tastes. For breakfast or brunch, one can enjoy Eggs Any Style, served with a garden salad and spiced home fries, or choose from their selection of omelets with fillings like spinach, mozzarella, and mushroom. The cafe also offers unique dishes like Shakshuka, a Mediterranean spiced tomato sauce with eggs, served with an arugula salad, marinated olives, mint tahini, and Israeli pita.

For those with a sweet tooth, there are options like Cinnamon Challah French Toast with maple syrup, mixed berries, and whipped cream, or the Belgian Waffle topped with Nutella, berries, and vanilla gelato. The Appetizers section features an array of choices including Spinach Cigars, Mozzarella sticks, Bruschetta, Zucchini Sticks, Fire Roasted Cauliflower, Eggplant Carpaccio, and Eggplant Rollatini.
