Established with the aim of redefining the Glatt kosher restaurant experience, it offers a modern, inviting atmosphere suitable for a diverse clientele catering to Jewish and non-Jewish customers alike. The restaurant is a family-run enterprise, helmed by Ephraim (Effie) Nagar and his three sons, who have devoted many years to refining their cooking techniques and managing the operations.
Talia's Steakhouse and Bar offers a large menu, catering to a wide range of tastes while adhering to Glatt Kosher standards. The menu includes a variety of appetizers, entrees, soups, salads, and chef's special choices, ensuring a gourmet dining experience.

They are open Sunday to Thursday from 4 PM to 10:30 PM, offer prepaid Shabbat dinner on Fridays, and on Saturdays, they open from 6:30 PM to 3:00 AM or from 1 hour after the Sabbath until 3:00 AM. This schedule allows them to serve their customers while respecting the Sabbath observances. - Shemini Atzeret & Simchat Torah: For these holidays, Talia’s offers prepaid, prix fixe, Glatt Kosher lunch and dinner menu options. The dinners are non-communal, with private tables for guests and their families or friends. The menu includes challah rolls, wine for kiddush, and unlimited soda, coffee, or tea.
- Sukkot: Talia’s provides prepaid, prix fixe, Glatt Kosher Sukkot lunch and dinner options. Guests have the choice of seating inside the sukkah or indoors, with a full bar available. Meals include challah roll, grape juice for kiddush, and unlimited beverages.
- Rosh Hashanah: Talia’s offers prepaid Rosh Hashanah lunch and dinner with private tables for non-communal dining. The meal includes challah roll, apple and honey, grape juice for kiddush, and unlimited beverages. Multiple seating options are available for dinner, with two different menu price options.

- Thanksgiving: Talia’s has been serving a special Prix Fixe Thanksgiving Feast for over 20 years. The feast includes traditional dishes and all the fixings, with five sitting options available throughout the day. A special kids' menu is also available, and limited items from Talia’s regular menu are offered as well.
- New Years Eve Party: Talia's hosts a New Year’s Eve Celebration Party, a festive event with live music and a DJ spinning from 8 p.m. to 3 a.m. They serve a New Year’s Eve Prix Fixe Menu. The celebration offers three sitting options with flexible times to accommodate guests' schedules. The prix fixe menu includes a glass of wine, champagne, or a bottle of beer, along with unlimited soda, coffee, and tea. In addition to the special menu, Talia’s regular menu is also available, and there's a catering menu for those who prefer to celebrate at home. The evening features a live broadcast of the Ball Drop at midnight, adding to the New Year's Eve excitement.
- Super Bowl: For the Super Bowl, Talia’s offers a special Glatt Kosher catering menu and the option to watch the game live at the restaurant. The catering menu includes various party combos perfect for enjoying the Big Game at home, with options like wings, fries, and a selection of salads.
