Aria Restaurant: Kosher Fusion in Panama City
Kosher meat restaurant in Panama City, Panama ✈
On my recent trip to Panama City, Panama, I enjoyed a meal at Aria, a kosher restaurant in the heart of the city. Aria is only a few blocks away from the F&F Tower, one of the more unique buildings in Panama. Aria’s menu is an ode to kosher fusion cuisine that has something for everyone.

“I had their famous Sesame Chicken served with an assortment of sautéed vegetables - bell peppers in colorful shades of yellow and green, and purple onions.”
Aria is perfect both for meeting friends and holding meetings. Besides numerous tables and a bar in the elegantly designed interior, the restaurant also has seating outdoors in front and has a large, covered courtyard area adjacent to the restaurant.
The menu offers an array of tapas, both hot and cold. The "Oriental Wok" section of the menu has a variety of Asian flavors, reimagined in a kosher style. Dishes include Thai-Thai fried rice and Oriental beef fried rice, chicken lettuce wrap and Mongolian beef.
I tried a delicious dish of golden beef empanadas, beautifully crimped at their edges and garnished with a dash of herb drizzle.
The "Between the Breads" part of the menu features choices that are both comforting and hunger fulfilling. They also serve Angus beef sliders and Texaco Pepito bites, burgers and BBQ chicken sliders.
From the grill section you can enjoy ribeye steaks, filet mignon, tender spare ribs and chicken.
I had their famous Sesame Chicken served with an assortment of sautéed vegetables - bell peppers in colorful shades of yellow and green, and purple onions. On the side I had a hearty bowl of fried rice, generously mixed with a medley of vegetables and I also enjoyed the jasmine rice.
I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and the waitstaff was very friendly and accommodating. I hope to return for another meal in the near future.
